Born and raised in central Illinois, Blaize Stewart now resides in Chicago where he works as a Social Media Marketing Specialist and freelance writer. Blaize received a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, Blaize is an active participant in LGBT sports leagues, playing on teams for the North American Gay Volleyball Association and Stonewall Sports, and enjoys reading (especially Harry Potter), spending time with his family, and exploring all the city has to offer.
